Key Responsibilities:
• To drive the sales and profitability of assigned accounts by building strong commercial relationships with customers.
• Accountable for the delivery of sales, distribution and growth objectives in line with market potential and the company yearly strategy.
• Lead the customer business reviews with Key Accounts on a periodic basis- monthly/quarterly/yearly and drive the completion of the action plans
Job Description:
• Develop Customer specific joint business plans and periodically monitor the agreed milestones, thereby driving customer engagement
• Responsible for negotiations pertaining to commercial annual agreements in order to ensure the agreed ROI
• Responsible for driving thematic & seasonal promotional activities in line with the agreement.
• Liaise between the Brand owners and the key customers by proposing category management enhancements
• Awareness of the company Marketing strategy & expectations and ensure implementation of agreed objectives at the customer end.
• Periodic review of Customer KPI’s- Sales, Investments, Growth, contribution, Market Share, Data Sharing & Service Levels
• Provide insights to the management team on trends, competitor status that will aid in driving business decisions
• Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, commercial terms and local regulations
• Resolve any outstanding issues with the concerned customer
• Seek new business opportunities in line with the organizational growth strategy
The Successful Applicant:
• The successful candidate must have 3 years sales experience in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in UAE.
• Proven track record of multi brand handling & multiple task management.
• Graduate degree from an accredited university
• Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
• Must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
