Description:
We are looking for an
innovative and competent Real Estate Broker that should be able to perform the
role of intermediary between landlord/ seller and tenant/ buyer.
The following are more
duties and responsibilities a Real Estate Broker should be able to execute:
- Follow up with client /channel partners/developers
- Client viewings / meetings;
- Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close
activities;
- Source potential clients and establish a good work
relationship;
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a
property;
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and
mortgages.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with
information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters;
- Present purchase offers to sellers;
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers;
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met;
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses;
- Prepare Tenancy contracts, purchase agreements, rental
agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction;
