Brand Manager - Dairy UAE

 

Key Responsibilities:

To achieve the quantitative element represented by achieving the annual sales target ensuring growth of the brand and profitability of the business and the qualitative element by proactively planning and managing the business portfolio according to the agreed market development strategies and financial objectives.

Job Description:

        Locking key customers.

        Assisting the sales team to ensure they achieve the targets.

        Ensuring proper forecast in place.

        Lead the innovation cycle.

        Create the strategy and align with the leadership of Bidfood and Uhrenholt to get it approved and rolled out.

        Support the team with the demonstration when it’s needed.

        Responsible for the Sales & Margins target – Yearly/Monthly

        Brand Management- Reinforce, maintain and build an indispensable business relationship with major customers.

        Marketing- Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.

        Coordination Excellence: liaise, and negotiate internally (sales team, Marketing team, supply chain team, logistics and warehouse) and externally (customers, principals) using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

        Brand Trainings: Conduct internal and external brand trainings on quarterly.

        Periodic review of the brand KPI’s- Sales, Investments, Growth, contribution, Market Share, Data Sharing & Service Levels.

        Provide insights to the management team on trends, competitor status that will aid in driving business decisions.

        Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, commercial terms and local regulations.

        Seek new business opportunities in line with the organizational growth strategy

The Successful Applicant:

        The successful candidate must have 5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales with Category knowledge (Food Service, FMCG F&B Distribution) GCC.

        2- 3 years in UAE

        University Degree in Business or equivalent

        Proven track record of multi brand handling & multiple task management.

        Having a UAE Driving License is a must.

        Must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
