Job Description
• Formulate monthly Accounts priorities and ensure proper execution by the sales team.
• Accountable for monitoring and effective management of spends as per the agreed budgets.
• Manage working capital through quality collaborative monthly sales forecasting process and effective day to day management.
• Foster strong commercial relationships with assigned Customers through frequent contact and periodic Business reviews.
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring and providing support. Be accessible at all times at to all categories of employees in order to build a cohesive team.
• Explore new business opportunities and direct it to the Management team.
The Successful Applicant
• The successful candidate must have 10 to 12 years’ experience in Food Service and Sales in a Distribution Company in GCC.
• Minimum of 5 years in the sales management position
• Proven track record of multi brand handling & multiple task management.
• Graduate degree with a PG in Management from an accredited university
• Having a UAE Driving License is a must.
• Must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
