Immediate Hiring -Walk-in interviews! Call Centre Team Leader- Arabic Speaker with excellent English.

Competencies: 

1. Excellent Arabic and English (both) spoken and written communication skills
2. Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines.
4. Related contact center or customer service experience.
5. Proven project and time management skills.
6. Effective people and team building proficiency.

Accountability: 

• Manage a team of customer service agents.
• Proven ability to take work pressure and motivate staff to meet targets.
• Perform interviews for new professionals and provide feedback.
• Create and maintain a training program for product knowledge.
• Lead and actively participate in the projects.
• Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues.
• Resolve issues to meet overall business objectives.
• Must be flexible on work timings as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and applicable work experience
