- Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Must be in the UAE.
- With a Degree in Accounting.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong commitment to operational works.
- Must have a Valid UAE Driving License.
Job Description:
- Advanced level experience of working in ERP environment.
- MIS & Finalization of Accounts
- Management of Cost related Data and its Periodical Analysis
- Periodic reconciliation of trial balance
- Cash flows forecasting
- Working Experience of UAE's VAT Laws & Rules
- Day to day handling of banking operations and Petty Cash Management
- Processing of Payroll under WPS
- Dealing with vendors, bankers, customers, auditors
- Having ability, attitude and experience in handling all the functions of the Accounts Department of a manufacturing establishment
- Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses.
- Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes.
- Record up-to-date all the PRO and administration related data and documents.
