Eligibility Criteria:
- UAE driving license mandatory for KAM(T1 & T2) & Team Leader
- Should be a Graduate(Any background) – Business administration, Sales & Marketing added advantage.
- Min 2-3 years account management experience Consultative selling Target Oriented & self starter.
- For Team Leader Position prior Telecom or IT sales experience of Min 4-6 years and handled team of 15 members minimum in the past.
- B2B and Direct Sales exp with Corporate Clients mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing relationship for allocated accounts pertaining to Telecom requirements.
- Sound product knowledge on Telecom products such as mobile fixed line & digital.
- Digital portfolio includes – O365 (Microsoft), email security, data center, cloud, m-cashier, bulk sms (A2P).
- Rich experience in B2B sales handling SMB and top accounts.
- Identify new opportunities for acquisitions for all line of products.
- Primary objective is to meet customers & display strong engagement.
- Ensure target achievement and productivity.
- Strong rapport building with key decision makers.
- End to end responsible for life cycle management for each account.
- Building and strengthening relationships with SMB’s and enterprise clients by offering them customized products including IDA, BIB, BQS etc.
- Ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery of service.
