Job Description:
- Managing the section on a day to day basis.
- Ensures accuracy in Policy Issuance, Policy Servicing and Customer Service.
- Managing the customer and Advisor/Agents queries and complaints ensure proper follow up to resolve the same on TAT (turn-around time).
- Ensures that all activities, new business issuance, underwriting coordination, customer care and sales operations is carried out properly.
- Customer orientation – managing turnaround times for agents/customers.
- Enabling a smooth work environment by building a culture of collaboration between sales and operations – educating the sales force and enabling them to benefit from processes.
- Follow up and ensure process compliance and adherence as per followed policies and procedures.
- Customer / Brokers servicing – complaint and grievance management
- Handles key and major accounts.
- Supervising & forming long-term relationship with key clients
- Assisting in determining required life insurance coverage considering clients’ needs and business specifications
- Screens the insurance market for adequate terms.
- Analyzes the quotations and prepares comprehensive proposals showing the market trends.
- Recommends of placing business/renewal, policy documentation and administrative processes with quality and high accuracy.
- Daily effective communication with key clients throughout the insurance year addressing their various queries regarding the policies in place, coverage, accounts, regular market updates etc.; dealing with complaints; handling constructive resolutions of issues.
- Supervision of the administration team’s workflow by monitoring steps of the process, facilitating procedures, establishing priorities.
- Helps in managing team performance, provision of orientation and training for new employees
Qualification: Bachelor in Commerce or any related field
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, 3 years of which in a supervisory capacity. Prefers candidate who is in UAE
Languages Required: English
