Description:
- Job card to be prepared using information provided by the sales executive as per the service job query sheet or provided by walk- in customer.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer data and sales orders/PO’s/picking list for all clients
- Coordinate with Customers if there are any variations and request the Clients to issue the necessary amendments
- Coordinates / Assists with the Procurement of parts for work orders
- Job tag to be prepared and put on the unit (customer name and job card number)
- Coordinate with Service Supervisor (in the absence, coordinate with the appointed Team Leader) in preparing repair estimate for cost of parts and labour charges.
- Participate in negotiations and clarifications with the Client
- Submit quotation and follow-up with the Respective Sales Representative for the approval/LPO/CASH.
- Once work order is approved, prepare purchase order and arrange all parts and hand over to the Service Supervisor (in the absence, handover to the acting Team Leader).
- Keep the Client updated on the progress of orders placed, workshop/solution project status, response to queries
- Once work order is completed, inform the respective Sales Representative, finalize the order and collect LPO/CASH.
- Ensure that the invoices are raised and collections are on-time for all sales
- Clarify and rectify disputes if any with regards to Payments
