Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years in the field of building materials in the UAE; namely ceramics & porcelain tiles and sanitary ware, kitchen and bath, etc.
- Excellent command of English language and computer applications; MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must have good experience in handling inquiries and dealing with clients
Job Description:
- Prepares and place purchase orders.
- Handle samples requests and samplings.
- Communicate with local and overseas vendors/suppliers.
- Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested from master list, clarifying unclear items, and offering alternatives as well as updates purchasing records and pricing in the system.
- Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for Invoices against each purchase order.
- Resolving complaints and disputes.
- Providing Sales Team with technical product information and statuses.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
- Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail, etc.
- Miscellaneous - Answering calls, mails, other duties as assigned
Salary package:
- AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month depending on their experience
- All benefits in compliance to UAE labour law
